What people usually ask
What exactly do I get?
An animated story in high definition (MP4, 1080p), with narration and music. Cuento runs 45 to 60 seconds. Cuento estelar runs about 90: the narrator says their name, and the story ends with your dedication. You get an email with a link to watch, download and share it.
Cuento or Cuento estelar?
Cuento ($99) is just right for kids: a birthday, bedtime, the first day of school. Cuento estelar ($149) is for gifts and tributes: the abuela or abuelo, an anniversary, mamá. Either one works with any story.
Will it really look like them?
That is the promise: it is their face. A person on our team reviews every story before it goes out, and we don't send it until it looks like them. If a photo won't work, we tell you first and ask for another.
How do you make it?
We combine animation, artificial intelligence tools and handwork. The technology helps; the story, the review and the final sign-off belong to a person.
How long does it take?
We send it within 48 hours of receiving your complete order. If we need to ask for another photo, the 48 hours start when it arrives.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only for your story. We delete them, along with the video, 15 days after delivery and never use them to train artificial intelligence models. Details are in our privacy policy.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, one free revision: the likeness, a misspelled name, a detail. Ask within 14 days of delivery from your download page.
How long can I download it?
We email you a personal link that works for 15 days. That day we delete the video and the photos, so save it on your phone or computer. If you lose it, ask for a new one on the same page and it goes to the email you paid with.
Can it be for someone who has passed away?
Yes. Para la abuela o el abuelo is also a tribute. We make it with the same care you take telling us about them.
What language is the story in?
Spanish or English. You choose when you order.
How do I pay?
