The service

Cuento contigo is a personalised 45 to 90 second animated video in which the person in your photos appears as a character in Petiza's world. We make it with animation, artificial intelligence tools and handwork, and a person on our team reviews every story before delivery.

Price and payment

There are two versions: Cuento, 45 to 60 seconds, for $99 USD, and Cuento estelar, about 90 seconds, with the person's name in the narration and your dedication at the end, for $149 USD. It is a single payment per story. Payment is by card through Stripe and is charged when you confirm the order.

Delivery

We deliver the story by email within 48 hours of receiving your complete order with usable photos. If a photo won't give a true likeness, we ask for another and the 48 hours start when it arrives. If something exceptional makes us late, we tell you and let you choose between waiting and a full refund.

One free revision

One free revision is included if you ask within 14 days of delivery, from your download page. It covers the likeness, names and text, and details you gave us in the order. It does not cover changing the story or the person starring in it, which would be a new order. We deliver the revision within 48 hours, and from then you have another 15 days to download it.

Refunds

• If you cancel before we start making the story, we refund 100%.
• If we can't reach an acceptable likeness with the photos you can send, we refund 100%.
• Once the story is made, as personalised content, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU). Even so, if after the revision the story doesn't keep our promise, write to us and we'll make it right, with a refund if needed.

Your photos and permissions

By ordering you confirm that you have the right to use the photos, that the person shown (or whoever represents them) agrees and, if they are a minor, that you are their parent or legal guardian. We don't accept photos of famous or public figures without their permission, or orders meant to mock, deceive or harm anyone. We may decline an order and refund it.

Using your story

The story is for personal and family use: watch it, keep it and share it with anyone, including on social media. Petiza, the torogoz and the story world remain Petiza Studio's, so you may not sell it or use it commercially without our permission. We never use your story in advertising without asking you first.

Privacy

We delete the photos and the video 15 days after delivery and never use them to train models. Details are in our privacy policy.

Liability

We make every story with care, but we are not responsible for what third parties do with a video you share. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer law of your country.
